Registration Process:

  • Registration and setup may take up to 2 days for Safaricom & Telkom
  • Registration for Airtel may take up to 5 days
  • SMS Kenya will liaise with all Mobile Network Operators

Valid Sender ID Requirements:

  • Must be 1-11 characters long
  • Can contain letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), spaces, and dashes (-)
  • No special characters or punctuation marks
  • Examples: COMPANY, MY-BIZ, YOURSHOP
